Contains much useful information, though access is not open (you have to apply to join). You will need an email address, but you don't have to create a Yahoo account to subscribe - just send an empty email to hackneycommunitynews-subscribe@yahoogroups.co.uk - when (eventually) prompted, join the mailing list not the Yahoo group.
